Olio de Palma – Organic Extra Vergin Olive Oil
The whole process is carried out by the company. The olives are pressed – on the same day of harvest – by simply crushing the fruit mechanically, without any chemical manipulation, allowing the olives to retain all the properties of the fruit.
Twenty-five years of experience implicates an amazing ability in refining single organic varieties.
The over 11 thousand olive trees are in fact divided into the following cultivars: Coratina, Peranzana, Ogliarola, Kalamata, Frantoio, FS17.
