The Santa Cecilia Company moves its first steps in 1986 in an area known as the Tavoliere della Puglia, a land with a strong agricultural tradition, producing, processing and distributing organic agricultural products following Community regulations (REG EX. EEC 2078/92 and REG. EC 834/2007).
The company operates on a property comprising 52 hectares of olive groves and 30 hectares of arable land. The entire grain and olive production is certified organic by “Suolo e Salute”.
